A Brief Guide to Our Ordering Process
 
Ideally, we would love to hear from you no later than 12 weeks before your big day, though we completely understand that this isn’t always possible. Wherever you are in your planning, we’ll do our very best to accommodate you.
 
To enquire or place an order, please get in touch with the following details. This helps us understand your vision and the florals and colours available at the time of your wedding:
 
Wedding date
Colour scheme
Style
Florals required (e.g. bouquets, buttonholes, etc.)
 
Reference images are always welcome, as they help give us a visual idea of what you love ( and maybe what you don’t!).
 
Once your ideas have been discussed and finalised, we’ll email you an itemised checklist. When you are happy and all is confirmed and agreed, we’ll order all materials for your florals, and payment of flowers will be required.
 
4 - 6 weeks before:
We’ll create a few samples of your florals and send you photos — just to make sure you absolutely love them. Once approved, your order will be processed and we’ll get to work. So exciting!
 
14 days before:
Whoop whoop! Your wedding flowers will be ready, carefully boxed, and available for delivery or collection.
 
Please note:
For advanced bookings . A £50 deposit will be  required to secure your wedding floral order. This will be deducted from your final balance. A price guide is available on request, it is for reference only, as all wedding florals are bespoke and tailored to you. Everlasting Wedding Florals are individually priced.
